Something is broken
Extractors break when a platform changes an endpoint, and that happens without warning. If a link that should work comes back with an error, send the exact post URL and, if the page showed one, the error code beneath the message. That code tells us whether the post was unreachable, empty, or whether the platform refused us, which is most of the debugging done.
Platform and feature requests
Twitter and X, Instagram, RedNote and Threads all work today; Instagram stories are not supported, because they cannot be read without a login. If you want a platform that is not on that list, say which one and what you use it for. The practical question is always whether the video can be reached without an account, and real examples help us answer it quickly.
Privacy and takedown requests
For questions about the privacy policy, or to file a DMCA or other takedown notice, use the same address and put the reason in the subject line. Include the URL in question and, for a takedown, enough detail to identify the work and confirm you are entitled to act for the rights holder.
